Demo Tour in Northern Germany
Last week our team had a laser welding demonstration tour and visited industrial companies in Northern Germany to introduce Lithuanian laser systems as a solution for more effective, precise and low oxidation metal welding.
We received some great insights from industry professionals which problems do laser welding can solve for them:
1. Speed is much higher compared to TIG or MIG methods. Instead of five TIG machines, they will need one laser welding system or less work hours of their staff;
2. Very easy to operate and train new employees as welder background is not necessary. They will be more flexible with their employment;
3. Laser welding ensures hermetic aluminium welds and is suitable for various applications;
4. They will be able to weld stainless steel without filler metal;
5. Laser welds are aesthetic and further processing is not necessary (saving costs).
